REGULAMIN SESJI ZDJĘCIOWYCH

§1. Umowa i Terminy
1.1. Umowa o wykonanie sesji fotograficznej zostaje zawarta w momencie wpłaty zadatku.
1.2. Data i miejsce sesji są ustalane indywidualnie z klientem.
§2. Sesja Fotograficzna
2.1. Sesje jakie wykonuję: sesja rodzinna, sesja dziecięca, sesja z ukochanym zwierzakiem w plenerze.
2.2. Czas trwania sesji jest uzgadniany wcześniej i nie może być przekroczony bez dodatkowych opłat.
2.3. W przypadku opóźnienia klienta, fotograf nie jest zobowiązany do przedłużenia czasu sesji.
§3. Wybór Zdjęć
3.1. Po sesji fotograf udostępnia nieobrobione próbki zdjęć. To klient wybiera najlepsze wg niego ujęcia.
3.2. Klient ma prawo wybrać określoną liczbę zdjęć do dalszej obróbki do 7 dni od otrzymania linku do galerii.
3.3. Nie jest możliwe otrzymanie reszty zdjęć ZA DARMO. Można dokupić dodatkowe ujęcia wg cennika.
§4. Obróbka
4.1. Czas obróbki zdjęć wynosi do 30 dni roboczych.
4.2. Zdjęcia obrobione przeze mnie nie podlegają obróbce przez Klienta z wyjątkiem kadrowania. Klient zapoznał się ze stylem obróbki fotografa i taki mu odpowiada.
4.3. Nie jest możliwe zmienianie stylu obróbki po jej zakończeniu.
§5. Prawa Autorskie i Użytkowanie
5.1. Fotograf jest właścicielem praw autorskich do zdjęć i ma prawo ich używać w celach portfolio, chyba że strony zdecydują inaczej.
5.2. Klient otrzymuje prawa do użytkowania zdjęć w zakresie uzgodnionym z fotografem.
§6. Płatności
6.1. Zadatek 50€ jest wpłacany przed sesją, a pozostała część należności w dniu sesji lub do 2 dni po niej. Nie wysyłam obrobionych zdjęć dopóki nie otrzymam wpłaty za sesję.
6.2. Opłaty za dodatkowy czas sesji lub dodatkowe zdjęcia są naliczane zgodnie z cennikiem.
§7. Rezygnacja i Zwroty
7.1. W przypadku rezygnacji ze strony klienta zadatek nie jest zwracany.
7.2. W przypadku niemożności wykonania sesji ze strony fotografa, zadatek zostaje zwrócony w całości.

PHOTO SESSION TERMS

§1. Agreement and Deadlines
1.1. The contract for a photo session starts when the deposit is paid.
1.2. The date and place of the session are agreed individually with the client.
§2. Photo session
2.1. Sessions I do: family session, children's session, outdoor session with a beloved pet.
2.2. The duration of the session is agreed in advance and cannot be exceeded without additional fees.
2.3. In the event of a client delay, the photographer is not obliged to extend the session time.
§3. Photo Selection
3.1. After the session, the photographer provides unedited photo samples for the client to choose the best for them.
3.2. The customer has the right to select a specific number of photos for further processing within 7 days of receiving the link to the gallery.
3.3. It is not possible to get the rest of the photos for FREE. You can purchase additional shots according to the price list.
§4. Treatment
4.1. The photo processing time is up to 30 business days.
4.2. Photos processed by me cannot be processed by the client, except for cropping. The client has become familiar with the photographer's style of processing and it suits him.
4.3. It is not possible to change the machining style after it has been completed.
§5. Copyright and Use
5.1. The photographer owns the copyright to all the photos and has the right to use them for portfolio purposes, unless the parties decide otherwise.
5.2. The client receives the rights to use the photos to the extent agreed with the photographer.
§6. Payments
6.1. A deposit of €50 is paid before the session, and the remaining amount is due on the day of the session or up to 2 days after it. I do not send processed photos until I receive payment for the session.
6.2. Fees for additional session time or additional photos are charged according to the price list.
§7. Cancellations and Returns
7.1. In case of cancellation by the client, the deposit is not refunded.
7.2. If the photographer is unable to complete the session, the deposit will be refunded in full.
